- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

- Payment information is processed securely through trusted platforms.
- Customers can request the deletion of their data by contacting our support team.
Damage and Refund Policy
- All items are packed and transported with utmost care to minimize the risk of damage.
- Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery for investigation.
- Refunds or compensation for damages will be processed based on the declared value of the item and the coverage under the insurance (if opted).
- Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the terms of the booking agreement.
